But when a huge medical emergency unfolds the night before your very first MindLab session followed by an inevitable series of hospital trips and finally a major surgery, one has to prioritise.
So, I had to put my family and my sanity first and look after them while discharging my professional responsibilities to the best of my capabilities for the past 10 days or so. Easter break was a haze and a blur...but grateful for the break from work!
There, it is off my chest now...I am free...I am ready to begin this very exciting learning journey that I have been looking forward to for the past few months.
I can now actively reflect, make i movies, post on my blog.
Instead of desperately trying to keep up by reading my fellow students' posts on Google+ on my phone while waiting at the hospital for yet another specialist to give me the latest update on my partner's condition.
So....let me get on with it...
Thank you by the way if you do read this cathartic blabber...as I said, it needed to come out and make way for more 'profound' reflections!!
